Agricultural Tools Carpentry

Agriculture was the main occupation of the populace in the past and Bhutanese farmers made many tools they needed for agricultural farming using wood collected from the forests. These include the handles for knives, axes, hoes and spades. Wooden rakes, ploughs and yokes are used commonly made from wood. Hard wood is preferred for the agricultural tools as they last longer.
