The Yholmo (Yolmo) are an ethnic group of northern Nepal who speak a Tibeto-Burman language of the same name. According to the 2001 census of Nepal, 3,986 people speak Yholmo as a mother tongue and there are 579 ethnic Yholmo. (Mark Turin – June 01, 2004)
