Chikor Dialect

Khengkha is closely related to Bumthang and spoken in the areas south of the Bumthangkha speaking areas extending all the way to the border with Indian plains. Because of the rugged terrain, the language has many dialects. The Chikor dialect is spoken in the areas outside the Chamkharchu and Mangde triangle known as Chikor.
