Thigh Bone Artifact

Human thigh bones are commonly used for making trumpets which are blown during tantric rituals. The thigh is taken from the corpse and then clean and dried to be used as a trumpet. The bone is often coated with a leather and painted in red and dark colours. In some cases, the bones are plated with metal sheet and also decorated with a chain to hold it. The trumpet from human or vulture bones are used in tantric rituals associated with wrathful activities and subjugation.
