• གནས་མཇལ་ལ་འགྲོ་རྒྱུ་བྱུང་ངས་། “Have you been able to make a pilgrimage?”
• གཉིད་ཉལ་རྒྱུ་མ་བྱུང་། “I was unable to go to sleep.”
