Oculomotor (III)

The oculomotor nerve serves a function in the control of eye movements, visual tracking and fixation. It also plays a role in the pupillary light reflex and the accommodation reflex. The nerve controls the extraocular muscles as well the constrictor pupillary and ciliary muscles.
