Olfactory tract

The olfactory tract is a bundle of axons that emerges from the olfactory bulb. The bundle has bidirectional axons as there are both ascending and descending fibers from the olfactory bulb. An extension of the olfactory tract also projects to the anterior olfactory nucleus which is included in the primary olfactory cortex.
